Referral Programme Terms:
- To qualify for the primary gift, the referral businesses must be between 15-200 staff.
- Minimum support term of 12 months (don't worry, most of our clients stay with us for over 10 years)
- Upon submission of the form opposite, you are consenting to receive marketing emails
- You must advise the referral contact that you've referred them to us, and they agree to have a chat.
- Jera IT reserve the right to make changes to this offer at any time.
- All final decisions are at the discretion of Jera IT.

How long does the process take?
90 Days is the average, however this can vary depending on the businesses circumstances.
Can I refer more than one company?
Only if you want more free stuff! There's no limit, however we don't accept an entire mailing list, every referral should be approached in a professional and personal manner.
What happens if more than one person refers the same company?
This will operate on a first come, first serve basis, and the gift will go to the person who first referred us to the contact. After 6 months if the contact has not responded, the referral reopens to other members of the programme.
How long is my referral valid?
Your referral will be valid for 6 months after you submit the contact.
What if I don't want the gift on offer?
You will have the option to either choose the gift from the previous month, hold on until the next months gift, or donate the cash value to a charity of your choosing.
Can I refer my own company?
Yes, if you feel we're a good fit, and you're the one to make the introduction.
Can I refer if I'm not already a client of Jera IT?
Yes, although you should be clear with your referral contact that you don't work with us, you've only heard great things.
Is the programme open to sales people and business coaches?
Yes, but we recommend you reach out and talk to us about our professional referral programme.
Can I be banned from the referral programme?
Yes, anyone who is found to be using the system dishonestly or damaging our reputation will be removed from the referral programme.
